I am longing for a vacation a long time ago. Finally the company trip to Japan will be on Sept 26, then I will go to Yunan. Yeah, I am so excited, I can't help myself think about the trips.
I got a couple of friends moving from LA to Japan - Mori and Alfred, I hope to see them there.

I am not alone!
After coming to Beijing and working at a new agency, I feel very exhausted and a bit frustrated about the client. I feel like that I need to act as the entire marketing dept of the client. I need to imagine what the product is, assume the target and create the positioning from nowhere. Sometimes I doubt if I am not good enough to be a planner. Since I feel so hard about doing the job, but the account team just told me to take the job since we had no time.
Today I talked with another senior planner which joined the agency a few weeks ago. She had the similiar frustration as well. Suddenly I feel better now, I am not the weird one, I am not alone.
Some headhunters are reaching to her as well, so I guess I am not the only one wanting to leave.
